Found this via Tripadvisor as a favorate. Staff and food were great. As they said their dishes are not traditional, but use fresh local ingredients. Food wine and staff were as advertised. We went back the second night to have dessert again (Ricotta with chestnuts and cream- we think)as it was so good the night before. See picture of Mary Jane above.

Great local place with fast service and great staff. I had Fiorentina grilled steak. It is served very rare and is delicious. Pasat with mushrooms was also perfect.

We wandered around today and had dinner at Teatro Del Sale see www.edizioniteatrodelsalecibreofirenze.it may have to translate to english. If you google it is exactly as described, grest place, interesting chef, great food and good entertainment.
